What henna does SV use? 

Please note the henna we used is 100% natural henna with no chemicals. Black henna has PPD (black hair dye) in it that can cause severe side effects (and is illegal in some countries). Hence, we only use the safest natural henna that develops to orange/red colour the next day but with good after care it can develop further into a dark maroon colour on the 2nd day.

When should I apply the henna? 

We usually recommend applying your henna 2 to 3 days before your big day for optimum colour. The henna we use is of high quality and 100% natural so it will typically take 2 to 3 days for the colour to develop and reach that perfect henna stain. It doesn’t make a difference whether you pick 2 or 3 days before your special day.
